Any idea what you will be eating for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I like the thread with photos, but not everyone will make pictures of their food, so here an additional thread without photos, just ideas! I have seen similar threads at other forums, not AIP, and think they provide good inspiration.

Fantastic idea A typical breakfast for me is either leftovers of any kind (meat, fish, veggies, soup, stew etc) but today I had bacon, half an avocado and some grated courgettes (zucchini) and chopped mushrooms fried in the bacon fat in the pan - delicious! For lunch we'll have a coconut-based soup with veggies and then for dinner we're having some chicken legs and salad. I have to say my favourite meal of the day is breakfast - I'm just not hungry again until 12/1pm - much better than toast and cereal any day, I think!

Love this!
Breakfast: sardine patties topped with avocado, kale Lunch: salad, uncured summer sausage slices, fermented carrots and ginger (the latter two I got from my local co-op) Dinner: beef burger topped with sauteed onions, mushrooms and avocado, big salad
Dessert: big bowl of "jell-o" made with grassfed gelatin, cinnamon, and a few raisins (this might sound weird but it's my favorite thing right now!)

Breakfast: Mickey's Italian-Spiced 50/50 Burgers (Should last 2-3 breakfasts for 2 people) with leftover veggies from yesterday. Lunch: Ginger-Garlic Chicken Thighs (no sesame seeds, pepper, or chili flakes for AIP; just 1 each) with leftover veggies from last night's dinner. Dinner: Beef Fajitas with Sweet Potatoes with The Autoimmune Paleo Cookbook's Guacamole recipe and Practical Paleo's Nightshade-Free Salsa recipe. I was thinking of making these Yuca Fries on the side (first time-eek!). I am a recipe-follower But I've found the more often you make recipes, the faster you get at it (since you know what you're doing a bit more).

Just started the protocol, and have been using Mickey's Autoimmune Paleo Cookbook. Everything I've made has been great so far! I've never been much of a cook, so it's interesting to see that I really have been enjoying myself in the kitchen. Today's meals are: Breakfast: Garlic-Sage Chicken Patties with Roasted Root Vegetables and 1/2 avocado. Lunch: Chicken Stir-Fry Dinner: Marinated Salmon & Grilled Asparagus

Today for breakfast I had three of my "Thank-you" Turkey Cakes - 4 oz patties of ground turkey, broccoli, and Jerusalem artichoke with a touch of bacon and some poultry seasoning. They look ugly, but taste pretty good!

Today I tried a 50/50/50 meatloaf....I used equal portions of ground beef and chicken liver, but I was short on the bacon as I didn't want to use it all in the meatloaf. I added about a cup of chopped onion and a bit of minced carrots. I sprinkled in salt and powdered garlic. I had never made this before and the liver turns to liquid in a heartbeat. But it baked up fine and I like it. I would have added riced cauliflower but I didn't have any. And I meant to add coconut aminos and fish sauce and I forgot.

Lunch was ground beef and kale cooked in a skillet topped with sea salt and olive oil. I was planning on making cabbage rolls but the cabbage was looking a little sketchy.
