Hi, can anyone recommend a substitute for cassava flour when deep frying, "breading" or baking that has worked well for you? I seem to have an insensitivity to my beloved yuca! (No more yuca frita con mantequila de ajo)
I have water chestnut flour, pumpkin flour, cricket flour and arrowroot flour on my radar but have not tried any of them yet. Any advice?
