Is Kuzu starch OK on the AIP?

I used Kuzu starch as a thickener in place of flour or cornstarch and it worked very well. I do not think I experienced any ill effects from it. I wonder if anyone had an idea if it is considering OK on AIP. I could not find it addressed in any of the books or online.
