Hi, everybody! I am new here, so if this is the wrong place for this question, please excuse me! I have been making water kefir for a few days now and I am a bit scared of the sugar, since I am on a strict AIP diet... Could you please advise me as to the amount of sugar per liter...? And the hours of fermentation?
