I know the standard answer is just drink more water, and for myself, that works fine. But, my autistic daughter won't drink enough plain water to stay hydrated in hot weather. In the past I had been sweetening lemonade with stevia. Now we are on the AIP diet so I can't do that. I have used small amounts of sugar to sweeten drinks for her, but would prefer not to do that too often as we are supposed to be avoiding sugar. So what can I do? I need ideas!
