Does anybody have experience with this one? I'm very wary of all medications at this point but i've been told this one isn't as harsh as most of the immunosuppressive treatments used. I'm unsure of whether it has any negative effect on immune regulation which might undermine my AIP efforts as well as the remyelination process which requires normal macrophage function. I'll be going to my first appointment for a specialists opinion soon and given my history of having doctors try to shove unnecessary meds down my throat I'm trying to arm myself with whatever anecdotal experience and research I can ahead of time as I'm pretty sure this is going to be the first line of treatment. Any information would be great
