Hi everyone
I'm doing quite well with my paleo eating, and have had some symptom relief, so that's all good. I lost a bit of weight early on (a few pounds) but nothing else since. I figure it is time to track a few days' eating and see if I can identify where I'm going wrong. Is there a good food tracker that anyone can suggest? Ideally I'd like to be able to see a breakdown of the various macro nutrients, and if I could alter that for paleo amounts that would be even better.
Cheers Miranda

I use Cronometer and I find it very helpful. It gives you a macro- and micro-nutrient breakdown that is totally customizable, but you can also set it to "paleo" and it will give you its version of what nutrient intake should be for someone following a paleo diet. It's not perfect, but I find it quite useful, especially in the macro-nutrient department. And you can use the website or they also have an app. cronometer.com/

I thought I'd replied yesterday but it didn't go through. Sorry. Thank you rheagan!

Just been playing with it. It looks quite good. Not sure that the paleo percentages look right though? 15% protein 20% carbs 65% fats? It will give me a good idea of how I'm tracking for a few days, though. Thanks!

I've signed up for Cronometer, and it looks good, but where do you set it for paleo? I've looked through the site and didn't see how to do that.

When you go to the page in Cronometer there is a section that says calories summary. There is a cog off in the top corner of that section and if you click there that gives you various options - one is paleo, but you can also customise.
