Ok so in general I can do paleo. However I need a treat every now and then but my time is limited. I've tried making desserts such as lava cake, yoghurt, mousse using paleo ingredients but I gag and they end up in the bin. So for a hit I bake I use unrefined caster sugar, I think ok but keep going back to doves farm gluten free flour as coconut, almond and other flour I use I hate. I also don't like coconut milk. Can someone point me in the right direction please I've spent hours looking for recipes, used a few and it tastes nothing like discribed. I love custard too and would love an ok recipe. I have vanilla liquid stevia ordered in hope I can overcome this hurdle.

Audrey at Unconventional Baker makes some really amazing paleo/AIP treats! I made her mango carob tart (with cherries instead of mango) for a dinner party a while ago and everybody loved it! It tasted like black forest cake! www.unconventionalbaker.com/
