I am still new to the whole Paleo lifestyle but have done a considerable amount of research to help me along my Journey My Partner is a Dr Ex GP Ex OPG, current Psychiatrist and Im having troubles getting her to try being in a Keto adaptive state. Her answer is that creating Ketone will overload your Kidneys that are trying to get rid of the excess ketone while in Ketosis. Also have troubles getting her to read any articles because she feels they don't have any credibility if they are not "Evidence based on Systematic review Meta Analysis & can be found in the Cockrane library" This repeated quote, "is it Evidence base review" drives me crazy but I want her on side not in debate. So i need some help on how to get across a new option that was not taught to her in all her years of study & research. Cheers Mark

Very high levels of ketones make blood more acidic and overburden your kidneys.
