Hello: I am typically very sensitive to immune stimulators (I have Hahsimoto's and Lupus), have been wondering about immune stimulators in oral and skin care items. For example, if a primal tooth powder contains algae or chlorella; or if a shampoo, conditioner, or even moisturizer contains an immune stimulator? Does that affect us? I do see a lot of both Th-1 & 2 issues (based on an intro challenge) , so I don't drink green tea or take turmeric, chlorella, etc , but wondered if I really need to be as careful with something that I will spit out or apply topically? As you can imagine a lot of these immune stimulators and Th-1 and Th-2 balancing supplements are prevalent in primal/Paleo skin/hair/oral care products. Thanks.
