Hi everyone, Can anyone recommend a quick paleo breakfast for someone on the Low FODMAP Autoimmune Protocol? I would like to incorporate some protein into the meal to ensure I feel full. Just to clarify, I am avoiding or am sensitive to dairy, tree nuts, coconut, eggs, pork, grains & seeds. Hopefully, the meal will be both fast to make and fast to consume. Thanks!

For breakfast, I often have diced liver sauteed with kale and fresh grated ginger in avocado oil with a dash of salt over mashed sweet potato. It only takes about 5-10 minutes to prepare (not counting cooking the sweet potato - that I ususally do in bigger batches and keep on hand in the fridge). I usually eat it cold, but you could heat it up if you wanted to. I've also ground my liver and browned it with the kale and ginger and then made lettuce wraps with it and the sweet potato. I notice a huge difference in my day when I have organ meat for breakfast!

Hi, This is an interesting approach. If I find some grass fed liver at a good price, I will give your approach a shot.
