Coconut intolerance on AIP

I've been testing my body with coconut and think I have an intolerance (stomachaches, rashes). I've been doing AIP for 4 weeks now. What can I substitute for coconut flour, coconut milk, coconut oil?? Or where can I find coconut-free AIP recipes? Thanks

Bah, I posted a much more eloquent response, but I got an error. LOL! Anyway... Coconut intolerance is not as uncommon as you might think. There are many that find they do better without coconut flour, milk, and flakes. I'm one of them.
