Hi. I have suffered all my life with digestive problems and was finally diagnosed with celiac disease. I have been living gluten free since my diagnosis but still haven't felt well and continue to get sick. My specialist suggested the paleo life so here I am looking for support. By the way, I live outside of New Orleans, LA which makes it so hard.

Welcome! I have heard it said many times that with celiac disease it's like a cascade effect, you feel the effects of gluten {and cross-reactive foods most likely} for a while after you've removed them from your diet. Plus with celiac, that's a totally different ball game for "sensitivity". It was explained to me that even one crumb can wreak havoc. I hope that you'll find relief soon. It's great that your specialist recommended a diet and lifestyle shift. Kudos to them  |
