Since having a baby I'm struggling to find stability. I need to try the AIP to determine what my triggers are, but first I need to end my love affair with food. I feel like I have all ready given up so much; I hate to give up anymore of the foods I love. I am hoping this site will help give me the motivation I need.

After the initial shock of the switch you will find that their are so many new things to love. After a year I can honestly say there is nothing I miss badly enough to want to feel yucky again. AIP is definitely hard but there are tons of recipes out there!

Focus on what you can eat. There are quite a few AIP cookbooks out now, get your hands on a few for ideas and of course recipes, all of which will be things you can get. Also think of the foods you enjoy I bet at least some of them are already AIP and some only will need little modifications to be AIP. I also found that once I started feeling better it's worth it. Now after a failed reintroduction and there for feeling sick I almost don't want to reintroduce anything else. I love not feeling sick for once!
