Hi, A month ago I bought Sarah's AIP books and have been going really well with the protocol EXCEPT for feeling limited by the variety of my meals. Many of Sarah's recipes use plantain and it is not easily available in Australia, and certainly not in my rural setting. What can I substitute it with successfully?

Unripe bananas would be the closest sub but remember bananas are way smaller.

Hi peach, please see this post about where to find plantains in Australia. Maybe one of the places mentioned is not too far from you.
