My little girl LOVES salmon, so she has that about twice week, in addition to a lot of the same foods your LO eats. Meatballs, little bison or turkey burger patties, tuna salad and chicken salad with homemade mayo and grapes and cooked broccoli or other green veggies mixed in (whatever we have ready!) Roasted sweet potatoes, roasted golden beets (red beet too messy!), lots of broccoli, asparagus, green beans, cooked carrots with ghee. Smoothies with fruit, greens and coconut oil. Cut fruit: watermelon, berries, grapes, apples, whatever else we find yummy, in season. 1 Egg almost every morning for breakfast, or occasionally gf pancakes or waffles, and she loves bacon! Always a little fruit after eggs. Snacks on cashews, walnuts, dried prunes, apricots, raisins, figs, gf crackers or pretzels with various dips. Some yogurt kefir or cheese when we aren't fighting constipation:( same with the crackers and processed carbs--seems to always aggravate this. We do tons of those fruit pouches, there are so many good ones now. We always pick the highest fiber ones with the lowest possible sugar (no added sugar). She pretty much eats what we eat for meals now, but occasionally I'll make her something special.
