I'm new here and have been dabbling with the paleo nutrition for about 6 months but about 3 weeks ago i decided it was time for me to ma some major changes and really this seemed like the thing that i had to do to make a difference in my health, my life and my happiness. I probably transitioned to about 80% paleo and within the first week my bathroom habits started changing till the point where i had really loose stool every time i went near a bathroom, i didn't feel bloated, or ill just could not stop going. the worse day i had to stay home form work i probably had gone 20 times. i searched online and came to the conclusion that maybe the increase in fats was a huge adjustment to my system. so i slowed down and i am feeling a lot better in the bathroom. its still not perfect i'm probably in there 4-5 times a day. but what can i do to help my body adjust? is there any trick to transitioning your body? does anyone have any other thoughts that might be triggering my body? any advice would be totally appreciated, i thank you and my bathroom thanks you!
