I am to have an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy next Tuesday. Just found this out today. Doc wants to wait and treat after the procedures, I'm sure so she can test internally at the time. I was hoping this would account for why I'm having BM's that are less than normal, practically diarrhea. But from what I'm reading, diarrhea isn't a symptom. Who knows!
Is there anything I should know about this infection, how it's treated, etc in reference to leaky gut? I just started strict AIP over this past weekend.

I had HP Pylori and the doc put me on a treatment protocol that cleared it up. However, I still have issues with leaky gut, so it can happen again...is that what you are asking?

Thanks, EJ. She'll likely roll her eyes at me if I don't do it, but I'm checking with my kinesiologist first as well. Thanks for the links. I'm very interested!
