Hi,
My daughter is 6 weeks pregnant and a couple of days ago she started getting very nausea. She battles high blood sugar and is overweight so is on a very limited diet. Meat and seafood, eggs, veggies, and fats. No dairy, grains, fruit or nuts. Before getting pregnant she didn't have trouble eating meats or any other of her allowed foods. But now she is struggling to get much of anything down she has been wanting to eat almond butter as it is the only protein that she seems to handle. Any suggestions on what can be done to lessen the nausea? Thanks!
