Hiya,
What foods are good for carbs on AIP? I went too low carb and it has partly caused my food sensitivities, so I'm trying to get around 100grams of carbs a day.
What would a 100 grams look like ?
Appreciate the help.

Approved carbs are the approved fruits and vegetables outlined on the Paleo Mom website or in the Paleo Approach. Here are some examples of the carbohydrate contents in fruits/vegetables. One medium sweet potato (about 4 ounces) has 24 carbs. One cup of chopped kale has 7 carbs. One cup of raw broccoli has 3 carbs. One cup of chopped carrots has 12 carbs. I'm sure there are resources for information on carb content on the internet but I got this information from a little book called The CalorieKing Calorie, Fat and Carbohydrate Counter.

I get most of my carbs with sweet potato, squash and carrots. I went too low carb in the beginning too and found that just a small amount of carbs would give me digestive problems, so I always make sure there's a little at every meal. Get the balance just right and you'll feel so much better! Good luck

I think if you eat one plantain and a half to 1/4 of a sweet potato a day along with other non starchy vegetables you will meet the 100g carb per day that you are shooting for.
