Hello, I'm Jamie. I live in Liberty, MO. I have been Paleo for about 2 1/2 years. I have followed TPM since the beginning and I am so excited to see this forum! I would love to connect with others in the area here!

I am in Clinton, Mo. It's a little over an hour south of the Kansas City area, but I make regular trips up to the Lee's Summit/Independence area. I am just starting my Paleo transition.

I'm brand new on here and live in Olathe  I initially started paleo over 3 years ago, but have not been sticking with it too well, and haven't implemented it for my kids (though I still buy them real food mostly)... giving me food to cheat much too often. Hoping to get remotivated! |

I live in Kansas City, and was excited to see this board. I'd been thinking about trying to find others following the AIP lifestyle, and here was this board! I've been on a healing journey for many years, working with my Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I've been Paleo for a couple of years, and strictly AIP since June. I'm seeing good changes!
The hardest thing right now is that I think I'm sensitive to histamines, and limiting my diet even further has been hard. AIP and low-histamine doesn't leave much variety!
I'd love to hear more from everyone.
