Does anyone know if drinking too much Kombucha and water kefir is harmful in healing your gut? I make both and am the only one who drinks it. I can hardly keep up with it. I'm thinking of dehydrating my kefir grains and just making Kombucha. Does anyone have any thoughts?

You can consume too much of pretty much anything! Listen to your body which will tell you how far to go. Funny feeling in the stomach or any other strange effects? Reduce the amount and see whether less is better for you. I myself drink up to 1/2 liter of Kombucha a day, a glass in the morning and one at night. For me, this works well. I have not tried water kefir but only heard good things about it.
