Hi there,
I'm French but I've been living in dubai for 6 years now. I was diagnosed 5 years ago with myasthenia gravis, and I'm brand new to the AIP/Paleo world.

Hi. My name is Bethany and I live in Dubai. I've been following AIP for almost a month now and feel a great improvement in my inflammation. I've also recently started an AIP friendly blog... www.adventuresinpartaking.blogspot.ae/ Glad to know I'm not the only one here on AIP. Have you found a source for organic liver or other good quality organ meats??

Hi everyone, I'm so excited to find out I'm not the only one following AIP in Dubai! I have been GF for 6 years but just learning about AIP. I just received Sarah's and Mickey's books and have started reading them. I've been paleo for about a year, but not strict, as an influence from my CrossFit neighbors, but just now realizing the real implications. I have not been diagnosed with anything--still looking for answers. I've seen so many doctors and the general consensus is there is nothing wrong with me. So I'm taking upon myself to heal my body without any diagnosis. I am happy to have found this forum to share ideas and experiences, especially with the limited resources in Dubai. I think it is important to support each other and share the tips and tricks we find along the way. Speaking of...I'd love to know the name of your nutritionist. Sarah's book is very comprehensive but I do have some things that are unique to me, as we all do, and I'd love to work with someone who can provide some guidance and feedback. If you can pass along his/her name and number I'd be super grateful! Thanks! Kate

Hi Ladies, I'm a French mom as well living in Dubai and I have been diagnosed with Graves disease 3 months ago (hyperthyodism). After visiting different Doctors (such a nightmare to find a good one in DXB) I met an homeopath who has recommended me to start a Paleo/AIP diet. One month after I was feeling great! Then, I went to France and couldn't resist! I ate cheese and bread and other yummy things...It's time to go back to my good habits now! I can see that you are all in Dubai. Do you want to plan an "afternoon tea" to discuss about the PALEO ? Can be a good idea to exchange our ideas, tips..We can maybe create a community in Dubai Let me know if you are ok See you Lalika

Can anyone recommend a nutrionist/homeopath/functional medicine doctor in Dubai? Having a hard time finding someone who doesn't think I'm nuts when I bring up paleo/AIP! Still have a lot of gastro issues that I need to resolve before I can begin to heal. Thanks!
