Hi Ladies-i am having tough time eating enough lately having cravings for chocolatel and pnut butter, what is your goto for snacks?!

I try not to snack. But if I do it is usually a piece of fruit or leftover veggies. Not very exciting but it does the trick. I really try to incorporate some good carbs with each meal. If I don't I really feel hungry between meals and could end up making bad choices.
Side note - chocolate cravings could mean magnesium deficiency. Are you eating your organ meats and bone broth? I've taken to frozen liver pills to ensure I'm getting an ounce or so of liver a day.
