I've been thinking about making these Skin Care Gummies...but I've been putting it off. I've only made one type of gelatin so far with kombucha and I hated it (taste & texture) and ended up throwing a lot away. I'm also not really a snacker. So when are you supposed to eat them?

I take gelatin twice a day, usually just by mixing it into something I'm drinking. I keep both gelatin and hydrolyzed collagen on hand; the gelatin goes into hot drinks, broth, or smoothies and the collagen goes into cold drinks. Helped my skin survive winter this year.

I take the red Great Lakes every day. I put a few teaspoons in my coffee in the morning, and every evening I have a bowl of "jell-o" made with a tbsp of gelatin, a few cups of water, and cinnamon. Sounds weird, I know, but I really look forward to it now as a dessert.

I've just made my first batch of Apple Cider Vinegar gummies to try and get both gelatin and ACV. I don't like drinking the vinegar but I actually don't mind the taste of these. Even my two year old daughter eats them! Too early obviously to notice any effects of having gelatin but I'm hopeful!
