Do something for yourself. Long bubble bath, breathing techniques, get nails done. Lately been very stressed at work and I have started working out instead of the comfort food. I have lost 25% of my body fat and look and feel better than I have in years. Plus it helps get your frustrations out. When I am really stressed I go for a run.

Exercise! Hard core kiss butt cardio!!! Or take a martial arts class. A true form such as Kung Fu. Or a Zumba class if you wanna get your sexy on. God bless you? !

Ugh, I have terrible anxiety.
I have bought some knitting stuff, I think having something to do with my hands will help and less than $20 to get started.
Also simple things like making and putting vege stocks in jars makes me calm, sounds simple, but it just makes me feel organised.
And walking is great but sometimes it's hard to get going.
Herbal tea - which I have loads of!
It takes quite a lot of time to heal from a relationship that has ended.
