Recently have started taking biodentical hormones containing progesterone, estradiol, and testosterone. Also take about 12 herbal supplements, plus b 12, 1000IU of D3, fish oil, l glutamine, digestive enzymes. What could be causing my arms to get bigger? and they hurt and feel like they are burning.

Considering that you are on so many supplements as well as hormones, it's probably best to work with a practitioner who can use lab work and other tools to accurately figure out what's going on.

You could try removing one supplement at a time and see which brings relief when eliminated.

I would talk to whoever prescribed the hormones for you. Maybe the dosage needs to be adjusted or you're having a sensitivity to one of the things you're taking.
