Nice, Tamar I've never been a coffee drinker, but wow that brown drop of liquid looks disgusting

I have never had a drink of coffee. Never. I don't understand the attraction.

Oh gosh, I love coffee! Even as a kid I loved the smell of roasted coffee beans. I remember vividly standing in the kitchen with my nose in the coffee container when my father entered the room. I didn't hear him come in, so I felt a little caught, but he just smiled and said: "Doesn't it smell delicious!" It took until my early twenties before I started drinking it though. I never liked the bitter taste, but now I've grown to love it so much! I have to limit myself to a max of 2 cups a day.

Karin Me too! I'd drink it all day long if I could. I don't even care about the caffeine; coffee just makes me happy.

I gave up coffee at the start of this year... a week or two ago I decided to try reintroducing it... I took a sip of the mug of coffee I had made and WOW had my tastes changed - I really did not like the bitterness or the taste in general.... I simply could not drink it!
I am going to stick to my Moroccan Green tea (50% green tea, 50% peppermint leaves), or the herbal teas I drink...

I miss coffee socially. I used to go out for coffee and cream with my husband, but adrenals and sciatica dictate off all caffeine for the forseeable! I'm more of a tea girl, nice strong cup of Irish Breakfast, sadly that's out too.
I now have sparkling mineral water with lemon when I'm out as herb teas in cafes are pretty dire. At home I have a few herb teas, and drink one most days...no addiction factor to them, so often water has more appeal.

I personally do not like coffee, but I can appreciate a nice cup of hot tea. For me it's all about the sugar, most of time in the form of gum. So bad for you, but I love it so. Sad, but true.
