I am allergic to fish and shellfish, and so is one of my children. As a result, I don't make fish or seafood meals. The smell alone makes me nauseous and I even have a hard time at restaurants. But other members of my family will eat it when out or at other people's homes...which is not enough.
I'm taking an Omega-3 supplement. I did a trial and eased into it to make sure I didn't react to it. I'd like to have my kids start taking one as well based on the fact that one gets no seafood and the others get very, very little.
Thoughts? Recommendations?

You may want to contact a practitioner to help you. I know that there are some Omega-3 supplements out there that are not fish based, but they will have the best access to better quality ones. This is one area where I would splurge and get a really good quality Omega-3 supplement if it's important to you.
