Didn't see or find a place to ask this-
what at is a natural remedy for headaches? It's not food related. It's lingering from the stomach bug I had Saturday.

Have you looked into essential oils? I can't remember which one but one of them is supposed to help. I take curcumin pills (turmeric) which helps unless it is a migraine.

lavender essential oil rubbed into the temples helps. Also check your not dehydrated, esp if you have had a stomach bug. Also, a lot of headaches come from the neck muscles - can you get someone to massage your neck/shoulders? Or even try doing it yourself.
The other thing to consider is that it could be hormonal.

I'm not dehydrated anymore. My neck was sore Saturday and I popped it a lot but have refrained. My headache was at the base of my neck. Now it's moved to my left temple.

Peppermint essential oil has helped my headaches in the past, though anymore they are a rare occurrence. Ice gel masks to shrink the capillaries.

Headaches at the base of the neck are often caused by the suboccipitals. In the temples often it is upper traps or SCM that are causing the issue. But Suboccipitals can also cause headaches there too. See if you can get a neck/shoulder massage.

What helps me with headaches is MCT oil. Don't ask me why, don't ask me how but when I feel a headache starting up I drink some tea (usually peppermint or ginger) with about two tsp. MCT oil and the headache goes away.
