Some resources to consider when you are trying to naturally balance your emotions would be books that look at neurotransmitter deficiencies. Deficiencies in neurotransmitters have been linked to a wide range of mental health issues and addictions. Dr. Daniel Amen has some books out that address this and so does Julia Ross (The Diet Cure). Thanks for sharing! I would like to get off my meds, but I am afraid to do so without throrough research first.
