I live in Israel but grew up in South Africa! Haven't found any 100% grass fed meat, but apparently Israeli beef in mostly grass fed. There's a farm that's started doing grass finished lamb (I think it's called Ashtarot???, haven't contacted them yet). Where are you living? Great to connect with someone nearby

nicola and nicky glad you guys could connect here. I posted on FB last night and asked my sister and a few other friends that live in Israel to share the information about the site with other Israelis. I did not receive any replies. I don't think any of the people I tagged are into Paleo. If either of you would like to share this image or even just the link to the site ( thepaleomomcommunity.com/) on Faceobok, that could help bring other Israeli's to the site (if any of your friends "share" with their friends, etc) Thanks for being here!

Hi Nicky, I live in Tel Aviv, how about you? Sounds interesting about the lamb, will check it out. I also met a guy who's been doing paleo for years now in Israel and he said he'll pass on details of his butcher. I'll post it here when I get it. Also have a connection for plantain and cassava in case you're interested?

Hey Nicola, I'm in Zikhron Ya'akov. We have a good butcher here, hubby just made 2.5kg of melt in your mouth brisket (cooked in chicken broth) for Pesach this evening. Would love the plantain cassava info. TXX and Chag Sameach
