Made patties for breakfast a mix of parsnip,summer squash,apple,onion all grated with a binder I used eggs but I guess I could have pureed the Apple more aip served with Mussels

Dinner: Two Birds, One Pie. Shepherd's Pie that pleases everyone at the table. Garlic and rosemary cauliflower mash (though, tonight I also added some nooch) for my husband and sweet potato mash for my daughter. My son and I are indifferent. Attachments:
