Dinner: Ginger orange wild caught rock fish, spinach salad, and homemade cinnamon applesauce. After spending our day out and about, a simple (but still tasty, I have my standards lol) dinner was in order. *note to self: Oops! don't use emojis on the boards...shows up as ?? Attachments:

Yeah, Tamar, I can't see your photo Not sure why. I can upload both from the PB app (took some getting used to) and my computer just fine. I'm working with ProBoards support to try to get it figured out. I can upload from Taptalk app, but not from PB app. I'm glad your photos are here though! Are you uploading a file from your computer or is the file hosted somewhere else and you are linking to the image URL? My photo was good too. My bone broth in a thermos at the orthodontist office.

Most I uploaded directly from my iPad, the same meal photos I share on Instagram I think one or two I uploaded from my computer before I got the hang of the app though...

First asparagus of the season with tarragon braised chicken. Sauce is made of butter and asparagus cooking water, whisked creamy with tapioca starch. (butter is not AIP, but ghee and tapioca starch are somewhat stage 3? intro phase)

Leftovers in the mix for today: white sweet potatoes, broccoli stalks, fennel braised with coconut oil in the oven with arugula-tuna-salad, marinated with homemade kombucha vinegar.

It doesn't get much easier than this for lunch. Quick sauté of spiralized zucchinis and carrots, tossed with lemon spinach parsley pesto (no pine nuts, no dairy, no problem), and wild planet tuna. Yum!! Attachments:
