Lunch: Dino kale, parsnip, carrot, radishes, snap peas (omit if in beginning stages of AIP elimination, as they are considered a stage one reintro, but I have always done well with them), and an AIP parsley pesto. Topped with wild caught salmon. Attachments:

Breakfast: Fresh batch of garlic sauerkraut with avocado (seems silly calling a ferment that's been sitting for three weeks fresh, but...), skillet sweet potatoes, and a salmon spring mix salad with tarragon vinaigrette. Attachments:

Breakfast: Spring mix salad with balsamic, evoo, broccoli, and carrots. Avocado and a new test batch of plantain pancakes (they're a keeper!). Oh, and a cuppa bone broth. Attachments:

Lunch: Baked sweet potato wedges, wild-caught sardines with radishes, parsnip, and peas (stage one reintro) on spring mix with evoo and aip tarragon pesto, and a little ginger apple jicama slaw.

Lunch: spinach salad with cucumbers, celery, kale chiffonade (fancy pants), leftover rotisserie chicken, grated parsnip, and spiralized radish (and the spiral leftovers make for cute toadstools!). AIP spinach pesto (recipe on my blog) and evoo. Attachments:
