Brought this for lunch at work: pan fried tuna steak mixed with parsley, 1/2 avocado, Provence herbs (AIP compliant), olives, roasted carrots, baby spinach and sunflower sprouts.

Breakfast: Colorful Hash, bone broth, and avocado with Garlic Sauerkraut, and AIP basil pesto. Lunch: Kale, avocado, strawberries, coconut milk, collagen, & ginger blended to oblivion. Here's my AIP dinner: In the coffee cup: chicken, bone broth gelatin, water, and squash (heated in the microwave and blended in the Vitamix) In the Minnie Mouse cup: green smoothie (lots of kale and spinach, water, and a small bit of mango and banana) Attachments:
