Hi everyone - My wife is a nurse practitioner, and we have a lot of personal/family experience with chronic disorders, including autoimmune (PMR). As you know, optimizing lifestyle choices can have a profound impact on these conditions (and health generally). But it is very difficult--too difficult--to make and sustain optimal lifestyle choices. We're trying to change that with a new technology platform/service we are developing.
