We all know that we are to steer clear of alcohol in wine and even in vanilla when on the elimination phase of the autoimmune protocol. But what about the alcohol content in kombucha? I am 8 months in on the AIP with a few reintroductions and amazing healing. Today I had a glass of kombucha with lunch and slept off and on for two hours then had another glass at 4:00 (not linking the sleeping with the alcohol in kombucha) and had the same thing happen. Why can we have alcohol in a ferment but not in wine or vanilla? Thanks .. Margaret Wendell
