I've been down a bumpy road in the health department, having Hashimotos for 22 years, intracranial hypertension for six years and now Sjögrens. I realized only two months ago that I needed to make a significant lifestyle change with diet, which I am doing. My husband is incredibly supportive and ears the diet with me, and actually makes it fun. I'm hoping to find support, recipes and continue on this journey.
