I was wondering does anyone get any skin reactions when on AIP...?
I normally have clear skin - no spots, nothing. Now I have this big red spot on my chest, and it is not going away! At first I thought I was bitten by an insect, but it is already cold here in Bulgaria and there aren't any bugs anywhere really... Besides, I treat it with stuff and it doesn't even change...
Could it be a reaction to stuff I cooked for the family...??
I made this cake and some cream or batter may have accidentally sprayed me...
