Hello, newbie here. My daughter has always suffered from mild eczema behind her knees in the winter but all of a sudden it is horrible and all over her legs and arms so we have decided to try and remove wheat and dairy from her diet and transition to a more paleo way of life. School lunches for her aren't a problem because she's always been a finger foods kind of gal but I'm struggling with my nearly 16-year-old son. New foods aren't the problem for him, it's the fact that he's starving all the time. His day starts with zero hour at 6:30 in the morning and ends after tennis practice around six in the evening, sometimes later if there is a band event as well. I've seen lots of school lunch ideas for paleo eating but they all seem geared toward younger kids with smaller appetites. I would love some paleo lunch ideas that are filling for teenage boys. We are transitioning slowly so still doing things like regular peanut butter right now as well as my son will still continue to eat some dairy probably.
