Hi guys, just found this link thought I would post it if anyone wants to make Banana "Nut" Pancakes from the Paleo Approach cookbook. www.ediblebugshop.com.au/g/1203934/why-eat-bugs.htmlexpensive little critters, but perhaps a fun experiment. Also I found a Melbourne (Brunswick) based brewery has a range of 4 bottled Kombucha flavours, 3 of which are AIP friendly (if you can tolerate the .5% alcohol that naturally happens in Kombucha ferments). The good brew company goodbrew.com.au/ has 1) green tea, hibiscus and lemongrass, 2) green tea, apple, mint and chlorophyll 3) orange blossom tea, passion flower tea and turmeric. The 4th flavour is Acai and some other stuff, but I didn't note closely as the ingredients listed cayenne and purple corn. They also sell Kombucha starter kits for $10. And a long list of stockists. Anyways bed time! Night, Gabby.

Hi Gabby
Thanks for the tips. Not sure I'm ready for crickets but interesting nonetheless! I'm in Brisbane and they sell that brand of Kombucha at my local Go Vita health food store. I haven't gone down the rabbit hole of making my own yet, so I pick one up whenever I'm nearby : )
