I'm looking for suggestions of quick, easy ways to jazz up bone broth to make it more palatable when drinking it straight. So far, I've tried and liked:
*garlic *beet kvass or sauerkraut brine *sliced mushrooms *slices of ginger
Anyone have any other favorite ways of dressing up your broth?

Have you tried adding different herbs for flavoring?
Also, you don't have to drink broth straight if you don't like it. You can use it in soups, stews, and even while making vegetables (instead of water).

Herbs are a great suggestion! I was browsing Pinterest and saw that some people are adding butter to make a bulletproof broth. I might experiment with adding some AIP fat (maybe coconut oil?). It also occurred to me that I could try adding some seaweed in, since I struggle to get any sea vegetables in my diet.
And yes, I use bone broth in cooking all the time - in soups and stews, braising my greens, etc. I like the taste of plain broth just fine - I'm just interested in mixing things up and keeping the flavours of my food interesting!
