Yes. I was diagnosed at age 21 (now 43) after 3-4 years of other testing and diagnosis (i.e juvenille arthritis). Spent almost 2 decades trying anything from sleep studies to 4hr drives for specialized allergy shots, but was never into taking pain meds, anything I tried made me feel worse than the fibro itself. The ONLY thing that has ever improved my Fibro and CFS is elimination of Night Shade veggies, dairy and grains. My various types of chronic pains have their own triggers, nightshades give me the overall Fibro pain I liken it to overall constant electric shock, and I can literally cheat by eatting a bowl of organic tortilla chips and bring on the chronic low back and neck pain within an hour. If I stay away from corn the pain subsides within a few days.
I am far from regaining what I envision is a healthy state for a 43 year old but am working on it. Some days are better than others despite the clear signs that I've found my triggers. I am doing a decent job controlling what I eat, now I'm shifting to stress reduction, exercise and learning to ferment my own foods to aid in healing my gut.

Emnsarahsmom Thank you for your reply. I love hearing people seeing results from changing food choices. Keep it up!!

I've been doing AIP for 6 weeks and I feel soooo much better. I was diagnosed with Fibro over 3 years ago. I was on lots of meds that costs over $200 a month and I was just getting worse. I went off the meds and then found a doctor who was more "natural". She ran many tests, including salivia for hormones. I was diagnosed hypothyroid and found to be low on progesterone. I started Naturethroid and compounded progesterone. I started to feel a bit better, but still having many bad days where I was extremely desperate. She also spoke to me about diet. I went on AIP and within a week started feeling better. My pain level went from 8 to a 2 or 3. I found out I react badly to sweet potatoes. Adding back egg yolks and coffee did not go well. I accidentally licked my finger making potato soup for my family and reacted very badly to it. (Dairy)
