After discussing the AIP and Sarah's book with my medical specialist, she is supportive of my diet change but asks that I ensure Calcium and vitamin D are included. Could anyone advise me on the best sources for these please? Thanks

High in vitamin D and calcium - lard, shellfish, fish, organ meats, red meat, poultry, bone broth, egg yolks (not sure what stage of AIP you are in)
Calcium - collard greens, spinach, oranges, broccoli, blackstrap molasses, celery
Vitamin D - 20 minutes outside each day getting some sun is the best

Thanks Wings. That is really helpful as I am only 3 months into the Paleo Diet for AID and I am struggling to balance all the vitamins and minerals I need with the foods I react to, but I am getting there!!

Check out the cronometer website or app. It'll give you a better idea how many nutrients you are taking in daily. Good starting point.
