I absolutely love this recipe. It's quick, it's easy, there are no measurements required, you can omit anything you want (except the eggs), it's healthy, and it tastes amazing! All you need to do is crack however many eggs you want into a bowl, and add whatever you would add to french toast, minus the bread. I add vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, allspice, coconut milk, maple syrup (always grade b), and a pinch of salt. You can mess around with the amounts of seasoning you want, add seasonings, omit seasonings, and grease the pan with whichever oil you so choose. Just scramble the eggs like you'd scramble any other recipes, or make it as an omelet. This recipe goes amazingly well with bacon or a bowl of fresh fruit. If you try this recipe, I hope you like it.
