Anyone have an easy kohlrabi side dish recipe? I have already made TPM's Butter Poached recipe and it was very good, but looking for another one.
Thanks!

Cut the white part of the kohlrabi and add some cut greens to it. Steam with a little bit of bone broth, add pepper and salt. With the greens you can prepare a nice soup by shortly frying the vegetables with garlic, adding water and processing it all in the end. Enjoy!

I just like it raw and crunchy - I find it's so nice that way that cooking it makes it taste kinda blah... P

thanks for the replies... I ended up sauteing it after dicing in avocado oil and butter and sprinkled with salt, pepper and mixed spices. Delicious with eggs!

I grate it and use it in coleslaw.
