Has anyone considered (or taken) CoQ10 for muscle conditions? I was listening to an old Chris Kresser podcast where he said: "CoQ10 is involved in energy production in the muscles." I wonder if it would help with (or help prevent) muscle weakness (he mentioned fatigue). Thoughts?

It can. If you are over 25, you should look for ubiquinol (reduced CoQ10).
