Just wanted to say that I've seen the advance (electronic) version of the book and it's amazing! Sarah makes big books, I think the cookbook will be over 300 pages. You all are going to love it!

Hello Tamar Holland! we are quite a big country in some ways!.......I just made a kind of caveman bar because I am travelling a few days...after that...who knows....perhaps... the fried fish heads........interesting! well won't be long for you!

ps: couldn't find the caveman bar in the cookbook by the way got that from the website (but made my own version....hahaha it's bright green now from the dried kale. It might be in the cookbook just that I overlooked it?) the fish heads are something which challenge me.......I was really struck by a picture of Sarah where she stands with a cow (bull?) in a muddy coral. With both feet in sturdy boots and sensible dress for a farm. It struck my heartstrings: she has come a long way and so have I. And this picture just showed her as a happy human. It doesn't look like a brushed-up/dressed-up/photo-shopped photograph. Just a beautiful person. So I thought if Sarah can pull all this off I might as well try something which seems impossible....hahaha the fish heads....they even look tasty now that I have seen them a few times.......;-))
