Everything at the drugstore is filled with weird things that I probably don't want in me, and the only ones I've ever tried were unpleasant in one way or another. Even the lubricants marked as "natural" on drugstore.com don't sound very natural. So I'm looking for something with the fewest ingredients. It's OK if it's oil-based, as we don't use condoms. I found a thread on paleohacks.com one time where someone suggested using coconut oil. But...I really don't want my daily cooking oil to be a part of my sex life. Would prefer something with little or no scent. Also I simply haven't heard much about using coconut oil enough to feel OK about trying it myself. I'm also not really sure how I feel about any oil in there.
What lubricants do you recommend? Do you prefer oil-based or another base? What are the most paleo-friendly lubes?
I'm a little late in the game when it comes to having sex...and now that I'm finally with someone I'm actually comfortable having it with, I'm experiencing sexual dysfunction. Baaaad timing.

I'm not sure. I think any of the lubricants I have used have not been natural at all. Hope that more people will reply. But I would also recommend Paleo For Women as a resource: www.paleoforwomen.com/I'm going to move this to the Sexual Health board.

Coconut oil is actually a fantastic lube, and it does double duty as an antibacterial. If you really prefer something pre-made, Collective Wellbeing makes one called Good Glide that's glycerin and aloe based.

Coconut oil here too, except when TTC, when I use Pre-Seed.
